Robert A. Ladislaw 

Robert A. Ladislaw is an attorney and CPA with expertise in the area of taxation. Mr. Ladislaw's primary focus is domestic and international taxation including individual and business tax planning as well as entity formation and mergers and acquisitions. His experience also includes federal and state tax return examinations and dispute resolution.  Mr. Ladislaw has been a speaker for the Council of International Tax Education.
