Firm Name Change; Closure of Denver Office

Effective June 1, 2008, the name of the Firm has been changed to Solomon Blum Heymann LLP (www.solblum.com). The name change is a result of the closure of the Firm’s Denver, Colorado office and the relocation of its Denver name partner, Clifford R. Pearl, to another law firm. The closure of the office allows the Firm to concentrate its activities in its principal office on Wall Street in New York City and at its office in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Robert A. Solomon, Co-Administrative Partner, Solomon Blum Heymann LLP said of the closure: “The decision to close the Denver office after 12 years was a difficult decision for our partners. In the end, we believed that the Firm was better situated to focus on its New York City activities and growth. We remain committed to provide to our domestic and international clients the highest quality of legal service. We thank our former partners, associates, counsel and staff for their service to the Firm over the years and wish them the best in their future endeavors.”
