The Firm is an active member in two international groups of lawyers which facilitates the provision of multi-jurisdiction legal services. One group is Interlegal, which is headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, and is a network of approximately thirty-five law firms primarily located in Europe and the Americas. The other is the International Business Law Consortium, which is headquartered in Salzburg, Austria, and which is a consortium of approximately 85 law firms located in various countries around the world. Through these organizations, the Firm is able to work in coordination with international counsel to service the global needs of its clients. The Firm is also formally affiliated with the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands law firm of Kellerhals Ferguson Fletcher Kroblin LLP. and has an office in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
