Robert Ladislaw is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant. Practicing for over 20 years, his primary focus is on domestic and international taxation, emphasizing trusts, estates and private foundations as well as transnational investment and trade. In addition, he regularly represents clients in federal and state income and estate tax examinations, and offshore tax compliance matters. Prior to joining Solomon Blum, Mr. Ladislaw was a manager in the international tax group of one of the major international accounting and consulting firms where he regularly advised privately held and publicly held corporate clients on structuring inbound and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other tax issues. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Mr. Ladislaw has lectured for the Council for International Tax Education (CITE). He has also been quoted regarding tax issues in various media, and was the co-author of an article on banking secrecy published in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association Journal. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.Download vCard
