Irina Shteynberg is an associate in Solomon Blum Heymann LLP's New York office. Ms. Shteynberg's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business planning and dispute resolution.
Ms. Shteynberg received a B.A., cum laude, from Austin College in 1999 with majors in International Studies and French. She graduated from Suffolk University School of Law in 2002. In 2005-2006, Ms. Shteynberg clerked for the Honorable James E. Seibert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
Ms. Shteynberg admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is fluent in Russian and French.
