Michael J. Semack's practice emphasizes entity formation, corporate and securities law, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Semack also has experience in the creation of not-for-profit entities. In particular, his experience includes representing buyers and sellers (public and private as well as international and domestic) in acquisitions and divestitures through mergers (including through tender offers), reorganizations and sales of stock and assets; representing issuers in private placements, public offerings and ongoing SEC compliance matters.
