Edward Reynolds Jr.

Edward Reynolds has extensive experience in domestic and international banking, insurance, corporate tax law, and transactional law. His practice includes bank mergers and integration, regulatory and compliance matters, secured lending, loan restructuring, bankruptcy, and offshore tax strategies. Mr. Reynolds holds a graduate degree in international law from the University of London. He is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.
A skilled negotiator, Mr. Reynolds provides counsel and legal support for senior executives in the financial industry. He has served as general counsel to major banks in the Caribbean, Canada and the United States, including the Bank of Nova Scotia, FirstBank Puerto Rico and JPMorgan Chase, as well as corporations in the U.S. Virgin Islands. His areas of expertise also include secured lending, sophisticated debt/equity transactions, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.
