Robert Ladislaw is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant. Practicing for over 20 years, his primary focus is on domestic and international taxation, emphasizing trusts, estates and private foundations as well as transnational investment and trade. In addition, he regularly represents clients in federal and state income and estate tax controversies, and offshore tax compliance matters. Prior to joining Solomon Blum Heymann LLP, Mr. Ladislaw was a manager in the international tax group of one of the major international accounting and consulting firms where he regularly advised privately held and publicly held corporate clients on structuring inbound and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other tax issues. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida, and in the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Ladislaw frequently speaks at conferences in North America and Europe. He has also been quoted regarding tax issues in various media, and has authored articles in several periodicals including Tax Notes. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.Download vCard
